Descripción de producto
A compact horizontal planetary ball mill designed for laboratory fine grinding, powder mixing, sample preparation, and small-batch research. The horizontal jar structure helps improve material movement and reduce material sinking during milling.
Laboratory Horizontal Planetary Ball Mill is used for high-tech material milling, fine grinding, powder mixing, nano powder preparation, new product development, and small-batch production. With compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, and complete functions, it is suitable for R&D institutions, universities, enterprise laboratories, and material testing centers.
The machine is designed with four working positions, allowing two or four grinding jars to work together. This helps users process multiple samples in one batch and improve experimental efficiency. When equipped with vacuum mill jars, it can also be used for powder processing under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions.
Four grinding jars are installed horizontally on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, each jar performs planetary motion. The grinding balls and materials inside the jars are continuously impacted, sheared, and mixed at high speed, so the materials are gradually ground into fine powder.
The horizontal jar arrangement helps reduce material sticking on the jar wall and sinking at the bottom, making it more suitable for materials that require improved dispersion and more uniform grinding. Dry grinding and wet grinding are both available, and the smallest output granularity can reach 0.1μm under suitable process conditions.
- Horizontal jar structure: helps reduce material sedimentation and improves grinding uniformity.
- Gear drive system: provides stable transmission and repeatable experimental results.
- Four-jar operation: supports grinding of multiple samples with different materials or sizes at one time.
- Variable frequency control: users can select a suitable rotating speed according to material characteristics and target fineness.
- Forward and reverse operation: timing, alternating, and continuous modes can be selected to improve grinding efficiency.
- Safe operation: the safety switch helps prevent the machine from running when the cover is open.
- Low-noise design: suitable for laboratory environments where stable and quiet operation is required.
This laboratory horizontal planetary ball mill is widely used in geology, mining, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, environmental protection, and new material research.
